So apparently, I am in the market for a twin bed. Seems my 2 year old has officially outgrown his toddler bed. How do I know you ask?
Its a dark picture because he was sleeping, but he has reached the end of his bed. He is such a tall 2 yr. old, most people ask if he is 4! So I am looking on Craigslist and in local 2nd hand stores for a twin mattress set and frame. If anyone has any other ideas, lemme know!
Oh my! Are those his toes? When he says he's going to go hang out in his bedroom, he's talking for real.
Twin bed and frame is about needed. We got a good deal at the Beds, Beds, Beds discount store... slightly imperfect seconds but never slept on bedding. Be careful at thrift stores 'cause used mattresses could mean hygiene problems. Frames and headboards are fine - no cooties, there!

Those are definately his toes. And yes, I meant the 2nd hand store for the frames. I put mattresses right up there with underwear on my list of things to never buy used...

I have NEVER purchases underwear of ANY sort at a yard sale or 2nd hand of any kind. Yikes!

Anyway - Sister said she had a frame and Mom said she'd help with a mattress & box spring if you were to borrow a truck...we could look around. There are now 2 bedding stores in town that offer reduced prices. Or, we could go to G'ville....
