OK, maybe it is funny but try not to laugh too hard.
Yesterday, both Madison and I were off so we went to one of the pools here in Lake Forest. It was wonderful! Lake Forest has 3 pools, 2 are within a few minutes of our home.
Here is the one we were at yesterday:
So we are both at the pool swimming. Madison swam down to the deep end which is 10 foot deep. He told me to swim down to that end and see if I floated any differently, being pregnant. I swam to the deep end and stopped treading water. I did not sink. I float with my nose and eyes above water. I am a bobber. Madison laughed. I bobbed.
So I guess that being pregnant has its hidden advantages. If I am ever on a sinking ship, you can use me as a personal floatation device.

How handy is it that your nose and eyes stick out... you can see where you're bobbing and breathe as well. You'll have to do this experiment once Michael comes. That way you'll know if the displacement was enough to keep your head above water or if you're just naturally that bouyant. Did Madison try too?

We laughed out loud, for true. Right now, you give the same effect as the really-tall person, whom we all know, who walked to the six foot part of a pool and stood there with his head still out of water (laughing at the rest of us).
